These promises have been developed through research and satisfaction surveys we conduct regularly with our clients. They represent what our clients say is most important to them when dealing with a home care provider.

We Promise Our Clients That We Will

  1. Have a person available to answer their call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
  2. Listen to them and take the time to understand their needs.
  3. Explain the full range of services available and help them navigate the home care system.
  4. Provide a no-charge needs consultation at the place most convenient to them.
  5. Provide professional caregivers who are licensed or certified in their field.
  6. Have a nurse conduct an assessment of their care needs prior to starting their care.
  7. Provide them with an individualized care plan that will be reviewed regularly by a nurse care manager.

Why Choose Home Health Care

For many Canadians, home health care is a better and more cost-effective alternative to a hospital, long-term care facility or retirement residence. It allows them to stay in their homes, preserving their independence and dignity, and enhancing their quality of life.

Home care is available to individuals of all ages with a wide range of health conditions. However, the need for home care is generally
triggered by one of the following situations:

  • Being released from the hospital following a sudden event such as a heart attack, stroke or injury.
  • An ongoing health issue that requires a greater level of care than you currently have available to you at home.
  • You are finding it more and more difficult to take care of yourself and your home.

Whether you live in your own home or an institutional facility, Bayshore Home Health will develop a personalized care plan that meets all of your needs.

Immediate Access to Health Care Professionals Who Meet Your Needs

When hospitals and care facilities face short-term staffing challenges, they turn to Bayshore Home Health for solutions they can trust and depend on.

The key principles behind our temporary staffing solutions are to understand our clients' requirements, offer choices and promptly deliver fully trained health care professionals whose expertise best meets their needs.

Our vast pool of caregivers includes Registered Nurses, Registered/ Licensed Practical Nurses and Personal Support Workers. We can also source other types of health care professionals our clients need.
